The Examination: A Holistic Assessment

The C.Y.S.S. rigorously tests candidates across three core pillars, each rated out of Five Stars:

1. Communication Skills (English): We move beyond simple conversation. Our exam assesses Accent (clarity and understandability), Grammar (accuracy in sentence construction), and Vocabulary (range and appropriateness). Effective communication is the foundation of trust and clear instruction.

2. Housekeeping Skills: This is a hands-on demonstration of practical ability. Candidates must pass compulsory modules in bathroom cleaning, kitchen hygiene, laundry, and cooking. To earn extra stars, they can choose electives such as Car Washing, Gardening, or Pet Care, each adding 0.5 stars to their housekeeping score.

3. Childcare: This is more than babysitting. Our childcare experts evaluate the candidate’s ability to connect with children. We assess their skill in comforting a child in distress, correcting behavior with positive guidance, and creating fun, educational activities that foster learning and development.
